Our Returns Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging
- All tags and labels must be attached
- Proof of purchase is required
Please note: For hygiene reasons, golf gloves (including Adidas Golf Gloves, Cobra Golf Gloves, FootJoy Golf Gloves, and all other golf gloves) cannot be returned unless faulty. All sales of golf gloves are final.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Wait for approval – we’ll email you within 2 business days with return instructions

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We’ll process your refund within 5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund (typically 3-10 business days)
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item:

- We’ll arrange a free return and send a replacement at no extra cost
- Alternatively, you may choose a full refund
International Returns
For customers outside the UK:
- You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service
