Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95) – Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (orders over £50) – Shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use this to monitor your package’s progress through the courier’s website.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving them.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, all golf gloves (including Adidas, Cobra, FootJoy, and other brands) cannot be returned unless faulty. All golf glove sales are final.
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your return/exchange request
- Include the following information in your email:
- Order number
- Product name and quantity
- Reason for return/exchange
- Wait for approval – we’ll email return instructions within 2 business days
- Ship your return using the method we specify (you’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty)
- We’ll process your refund or exchange once we receive and inspect the returned item
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We’ll process your refund within 5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow 3-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange a free return and send a replacement at no extra cost
- Alternatively, you may choose a full refund
International Returns
For customers outside the UK:
- You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
